We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing Technical Integrations division within Professional Services. Come join us in this fast-paced environment as we build the future of Thomson Reuters' technology infrastructure using modern solutions.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Software Engineer, you will:

* Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects.

* Solve complex problems with minimal guidance.

* Design, develop and test software systems and/or applications for enhancements and new products.

* Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions.

* Delivers software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.

* Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle.

* Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

* Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.

* Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Software Engineer if you have the following required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology program (preferred).

* Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with Java, .NET, and SQL.

* Experience creating integrations and performing ETL work.

* Experience building cloud-native applications and services on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

* Familiarity with major identity providers such as ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta.

* Strong understanding of REST API development with a security emphasis, including OAuth2, UMA, OIDC, or SAML.

* Experience with automation for CI/CD using tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with experience supporting external stakeholders.

* Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $88,200 - $163,800.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
