*Group Interview Date:* March 6 Are you a people person with stellar communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping others? If yes, we want you to join our Mortgage Servicing Team! *Training Schedule:* First 30 days fully on-site 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM *Post-Training Schedule:* 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Hybrid) Schedule based on meeting adherence, quality, and attendance expectations *Important Note:* No time off in the first 4 weeks! *Responsibilities:* * Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day, with each call averaging 11-14 minutes. * Address inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding homeowners insurance. * Answer questions primarily about payment and coverage. * Multi-task between various systems to research and document calls. * Provide quick and accurate responses, ensuring both internal and external standards are met. * Apply problem-solving and resolution skills to handle all calls professionally. *Skills Needed:* * Customer service, data entry, mortgage, insurance, call center, contact center. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
