ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Intern to join our team, focused on leveraging our CRM platform. This role will help develop and implement procedures to evaluate CRM data for inaccuracies or duplicate records to ensure data accuracy and integrity. They will also be crucial in helping to optimize our marketing strategies and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Marketing Analytics: Reviewing marketing data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Data Quality: Dive into the marketing CRM platform to identify inaccuracies and take corrective action to ensure completeness of data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and IS teams to implement improvements and optimize strategies.
• Creativity: Apply creative thinking to enhance our marketing analytics processes and visualization.
• Learning: Gain hands-on experience with a leading marketing CRM platform.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Public Health, Data Science, Heath Information Science, Healthcare Administration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with data models and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to take and implement feedback

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with additional marketing analytics platforms, i.e. Google Analytics
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools and technologies
