The Fixed Income CPM team is responsible for client engagement, marketing and product development of our customized fixed income solutions for the Wealth Management client base. The team is looking for an Associate to help support the growth of our leading fixed income SMA platform. The candidate will work closely with senior CPMs and other Associates to develop marketing materials and provide day-to-day client servicing and education for sales teams. The role requires a keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skill, and team-player mindset. The candidate should be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and produce deliverables, meet deadlines. The candidate should be passionate about markets, capable of learning new concepts, and excited to join an established, high growth business.

Responsibilities



  • Client Service - Act as a primary point of contact for sales teams and advisors; responding to queries related to portfolio positioning, performance, product platform, and markets. Responsible for regular outreach to keep the field updated on portfolio yields and other strategy updates.
  • Marketing & Business Development - Responsible for updating regular marketing materials and outlook decks, assisting with thematic content, bespoke client materials, RFP requests, maintaining our advisor facing websites, thinking strategically about other marketing enhancements.
  • Develop Product Knowledge - Gain a solid understanding across a broad scope of fixed income markets and products to become a go-to resource for sales people and advisors.
  • Client Reporting - Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of client specific portfolio reviews and other reports
  • Desk Support & Project Management - Assist portfolio managers on desk tasks, analysis and projects. Work on various team-related strategic projects (e.g., product development, infrastructure & efficiency projects)


Basic Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, fixed income or client service experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, well organized, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and retain new concepts and groom client-facing skills

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$170000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
