About the role

SalesDirectorsprovide senior level strategic sellingto ensure sales success across enterprise accountsin their respective geography.The primary focus is identifying and huntingtarget clientsthenretaining, expanding, and converting clients toRPO.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver against allocated sales targets and build and expand strategic relationships with clientsto sell across ourportfolio of new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of relevant external issues in your territory to identify opportunities in the RPOmarket anddevelop strategies to achieve results
  • Collaborate with sales account teams, SDR functions and global stakeholders to share and implement strategy andprovide feedback across sales, delivery, innovation, and productteams
  • Follow sales guidelines and achieves KPIs, while maintainingan accurate pipelinein SFDCto enable reporting andforecasting
  • Collaborate across the LHH sales team in your region, providing insights and strategies of the RPO business for the overall enhancement of sales and delivery for ourclients
  • Effectively lead strategic negotiations/deals with multiple stakeholders and enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborate with our solution design and delivery teams at RPO to ensure fit for purpose implementation plans delivered for newly acquired clients.
  • Consistently RPO provide market feedback to the Innovation & Product team
  • Role model anddrive a culture of one team across the whole of your geography andcommit to sales initiatives as they are developed by thecompany
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion, internally and with ourclients
About you
  • Proven track record in sales of multi-million /$ RPO contracts, pricing & implementation;usingsophistication in customer strategy and negotiations.
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition in RPO sales
  • Ability to lead end to end complex and strategic RPO sales
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams creating innovative and forward-thinkingbehaviors
  • Passion for the RPO business and group mission of making adifference
  • Evidence of strong and deep relationships with clients,customersand colleagues
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and resolve issues to align withgoals
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiationskills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems, especially Salesforce
  • Extensive knowledge ofthe business unit solutions portfolio or appetite to build this knowledge quickly through onboarding
  • Strong financial acumen
