We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Data Analyst to enhance our recruitment processes through data analytics and reporting. In this role, you will generate, analyze, and present reports on key recruitment metrics, ensuring our operations are efficient and data-driven. By collaborating with key stakeholders, managing data validation, and supporting the integration of advanced technologies, you will drive our mission forward and help us attract and retain top talent.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing analytics strategies to measure recruiting efforts, generating reports on metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity, and customizing reports for different stakeholders. You will partner with the People Analytics team to ensure alignment with broader HR and company-wide reporting standards and manage data validation and ownership of MicroStrategy reporting. Additionally, you will develop and manage surveys, support compliance audits, and pull and validate data to achieve diversity and inclusion objectives.

As a Senior Recruiting Data Analyst, you will leverage technology to improve data collection and reporting capabilities, recommend and assist with implementing recruiting technologies, and investigate AI-based data and analytics technology within Talent Acquisition. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement, implement solutions to streamline data analytics, and develop training sessions for the recruiting team on data management and reporting.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo HR or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of human resources, data analytics or corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of human resources, data analytics or corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and reporting methodologies, with the ability to generate and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
  • Advanced understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and data analytics tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data to effectively communicate program results to business partners, with meticulous attention to detail in data management.
  • Intermediate experience in designing and implementing surveys, along with the ability to analyze and interpret survey results to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fostering a collaborative team environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and team members, and effectively convey information in a collaborative environment.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.

Compensation:
* Hiring Salary Range Posted: $82,350 - $137,300/year
* Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

This position can be remote within the United States with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed.
