Position Summary

The selected candidate will work in Fort Johnson, LA. In this role, you will be the technical support team (TST) Team Leader for on-site support.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

• Perform duties as a technical support team (TST) Team Leader for on-site support during standard operating hours.
• Conduct overall management coordination for all training environment technical, networking, exercise design, and required operational support.
• Perform team lead duties outside of standard operation hours when required.
• Minimal travel may be required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Information Technology or related discipline or, three (3) years of additional experience integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army MCIS in support of unit training events and distributed exercises
• Background of at least eight (8) years of experience with military training and training support
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience or equivalence in integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army MCIS in support of unit training events and distributed exercises
• Experience in technical support and training requirements at brigade or higher level
• Must have subject matter expertise level knowledge of virtual training simulators, and constructive simulations experience
• United States Citizen
• Active Secret security clearance
