Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Project Manager/ Site Lead in Fort Johnson, LA. The Site Lead acts as the senior company representative on the contract at Fort Johson, LA, exercising a high degree of tact, diplomacy and mature judgment, conforming to policy directions with minimal supervision.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do



  • Perform on-site management at each MTC during operating hours.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assigned team members
  • Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC.
  • Perform routine interface with the MTC Director and provide the MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
  • Responsible for overall scheduling, management coordination, overseeing training execution, and managing Contractor continuing education training.
  • Coordinate with Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all technical requirements in the Task Order.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with models, interfaces, and networks
  • Serves as the overall simulation interface into the Mission Training Complex
  • Coordinates with outside agencies
  • Responsible for all contract deliverables
  • Shall be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government site leads, and/or the KO/COR.
  • Travel may be required


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline with three(3) years of experience in the management of projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Eight (8) years of experience with military training and training support
  • Graduate of a military service school equivalent to the Army Command and General Staff College Or Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or equivalent level military schooling
  • Experience in operations and training requirements at Brigade or higher level
  • Five (5) years of experience with training management within an MTC or similar operation.
  • Successfully served as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) battalion or brigade commander
  • Knowledge of Army training and training development and experience in developing Army training products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining timelines and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • United States Citizen
  • Active Top Secret/ SCI Security Clearance
