Empath Health is currently seeking anExecutive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role reports to Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Operationsand works with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders on talent solutions

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner is:

  • Responsible for working closely with C-suite level executives, staffing agencies, internal hiring managers, and leadership teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Integral to shaping and implementing strategies that attract top-tier talent, to cultivate a high performance and collaborative workplace culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with current and future organizational needs
  • Manage executive recruiting efforts, building a strong pipeline of high-performing leaders
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as a destination for top talent
  • Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights that inform workforce planning and talent strategy
  • Forecast workforce needs based on organizational objectives, market trends, and talent availability
  • Establish metrics to measure the success and ROI of talent management objectives

Position Requirements

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of professional Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/ Business Deveopment experience, Executive recruitmentexperience required
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment strategies, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and workforce planning
  • Determine sourcing strategies and resources to drive applicant traffic; and develop creative strategy to find top talent
  • Proactively source passive candidates through recruiting tools, networks, and referrals
  • Build and utilize a pipeline/talent pool to identify qualified candidates
  • Stay abreast of Organizational initiatives to anticipate and plan recruitment needs and timelines
  • Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships across functional and organizational lines
  • Ability to track, measure and analyze results. Or strong analytical skills with expertise in people analytics and using data to drive decision-making
  • Must be able to make professional recommendations based on data, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Understand shifting business priorities/needs with the ability to change direction with ease.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
