The Associate Director, Talent Development will have the primary responsibility for leading and executing talent management and leadership development initiatives for the Consulting Staff. This role will oversee and project manage development programs, competency models, and the performance review process - ensuring that results align with firm objectives. The Associate Director, Talent Development will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze developmental trends and strive towards enhancing employee engagement, growth, and retention. Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position. A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including a variety of healthcare plans, paid time off, transit subsidy, wellness benefits and retirement plan contributions.
