Job Title: Audio Visual Technician
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Audio Visual Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues within our conference rooms, primarily focusing on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The technician will handle tickets through ServiceNow and often work directly with end users, including executives, directors, managers, employees, and guests. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support for over 300 conference rooms across the US, with a primary focus on the National Headquarters (NHQ) in Madison, WI. * Respond to and resolve tickets related to conference room issues via the ServiceNow queue. * Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues within conference rooms. * Run and manage reporting related to conference room support. * Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. * Work collaboratively as a self-starter and team player. * Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom for troubleshooting. * Perform cable management and ensure proper use of ladders and other equipment. * Be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. * Walk between the four buildings at NHQ and occasionally travel to the Spark building near the capital. * Maintain a full-time, on-site presence at NHQ, with core business hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST, and flexibility to cover until 5:00 PM CST on certain days. * Address connectivity issues and monitor conference room systems. * Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus but not required. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. * Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and manage cables. * Experience with audiovisual equipment installation and maintenance. * Ability to work on feet for extended periods and walk between buildings *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
