Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js) to lead frontend UX development for a next-generation web framework. The role involves building scalable and high-performance applications, implementing modern UI/UX design principles, and developing a micro-frontend (Micro-FE) architecture to integrate multiple applications seamlessly.

Project Overview

This initiative aims to:

  • Develop a new web-based Collateral Management UX.
  • Adopt a micro-frontend (Micro-FE) architecture to integrate multiple applications seamlessly.
  • Build a reusable UI components library for a consistent look and feel.
  • Enhance user experience with mobile-friendly designs and advanced data visualization techniques.



Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead frontend UX development using React and modern UI frameworks.
  • Develop reusable and scalable React components for Micro-FE architecture.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Develop APIs and cloud integrations using Azure services (APIM, Event Hub, Key Vault, App Config).
  • Implement event-driven programming using Kafka and Event Hub.
  • Write and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional development experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with React.js & Node.js.
  • Expertise in JavaScript frameworks with strong frontend development skills.
  • Experience with micro-frontend (Micro-FE) architecture and component-based UI design.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Azure Functions, and event-driven programming.
  • Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Redis.
  • Experience with Git-based version control systems.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.



Nice-to-Have Skills

  • TypeScript, Redux, or other state management libraries.
  • Experience in data visualization (D3.js, Highcharts, Chart.js, SVG, Canvas).
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Automated testing and writing secure web applications (OWASP, CSP).
  • Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of C++ (bonus).
