What you will do:

The Global Intern Program Manager will oversee the expansion of our intern program beyond North America, aiming to create an exceptional experience for interns and increase intern hires across our global business units. This role demands a strategic thinker passionate about talent development, with the ability to design engaging and impactful programs.

How you will do it:

  • Lead and participate in program-wide initiatives such as onboarding, event planning, manager training, workforce planning, performance evaluations, data management, communication strategy, conversions, and offboarding.

  • Develop and execute strategies to globally expand the intern program, ensuring alignment with regional needs and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Global Intern Program team to maintain consistency in processes and approaches.

  • Create program frameworks, templates, SOPs, and resources that empower regional teams to develop localized programming.

  • Design and implement initiatives that make the intern program educational, engaging, and enjoyable for participants.

  • Work with key stakeholders and business units to boost annual intern hires, identifying and addressing growth barriers.

  • Hire interns in North America to support the growth of the program.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to ensure the program's success.

  • Market the intern program internally and externally through social media and campaigns to enhance the program's visibility and our reputation as a top employer for interns.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of the intern program. Analyze and present intern survey data to derive insights and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in global intern hiring strategies

  • Manage the program budget to ensure efficient resource use and alignment with financial objectives.

  • Ensure compliance of the intern program with all relevant laws and regulations across regions.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, talent acquisition, or related leadership roles.

  • Proven ability in developing effective candidate sourcing strategies and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple locations or global teams preferred.

  • Proven success in managing and expanding intern or similar programs.

  • Strong understanding of global talent markets and cultural nuances.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Creative thinker passionate about crafting engaging programs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
