Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Providing Feedback to Product Design:Collaborate with the Product Design team to offer insights and recommendations that enhance the manufacturability of products. Specifying Equipment Requirements:Identify and specify the necessary equipment for manufacturing processes. Work closelywith vendors to obtain quotes and procure the required equipment. Qualifying Equipment:Conduct thorough qualification of equipment both at the vendor's site and the final installation site to ensure all requirements are met. Ensuring Equipment Safety:Ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations. Facilitate a smooth transition of equipment to the site and provide support during product launch phases Process Optimization:Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards. Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of equipment specifications, qualification processes, and safety protocols. Training and Support:Provide training and support to production staff on new equipment and processes to ensure smooth integration and operation. Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve any issues related to equipment or manufacturing processes in a timely manner. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure seamless project execution. Required Qualifications
