DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Management Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring civil and criminal recovery activities related to the collection of liens, writs, and repayment agreements for the Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund (UEGF). Work involves analyzing data, generating and initiating communications with defendant and employers, negotiating repayment agreements, depositing and confirming receipt of recovered monies, as well as ensuring proper allocation of monies received. You will also have the opportunity to identify and suggest process and policy revisions including Workers' Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS)changes as well as financial and recovery business procedures.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training. An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
