What you will do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This role focuses strongly on supporting the field inspection staff by completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the quality of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role demands proficiency in managing and optimizing different software, performing technical support tasks, and constantly working to improve processes related to software programs and field operations.

How you will do it:

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize inspection records, reports, and documentation
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients, regulatory agencies, authorities having jurisdiction, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Field Inspection Duties:

  • Assist field inspectors through the use of software programs that support inspections.
  • Utilize software programs to record and file inspection reports to ensure compliance with local authorities.
  • Leverage technology and software to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist field inspectors on site as needed.

Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field inspections.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with field inspections, including walking, climbing, and lifting.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day) at a desk, using a computer and other office equipment.
