Role Overview: The Salesforce Experience Owner is a key contributor to the Distribution Enablement and Communications team, specializing in leveraging Salesforce technology to support field operations. Manages the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Salesforce improvements, including testing and ongoing support. This strategic, hands-on role serves as the liaison between IT and field teams, ensuring seamless development, adoption, and maintenance of critical Salesforce tools for Distribution. Additionally, supports the optimization of business processes to fully leverage Salesforce capabilities. What You'll Do: * Collaborates with Distribution Technology Strategy Lead and Distribution Leadership teams to align business processes with Salesforce technology and organizational goals. What you'll bring: * Proficient knowledge in group insurance business, including experience with GBS products, underwriting, risk and financial analysis, marketing processes, sales practices, and administrative operations. Strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with these functions. It is recommended that all qualified candidates apply to this posting as soon as possible. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
