Your new role

  • Working with the Regional Director to develop and implement internal communication strategies that support the company's objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Strategic Communication: Utilize your communications skills to engage our Americas audience in the understanding of strategy and the cascade of our global leadership updates.
  • Client Agenda: Communicate our strategic client agenda through project wins stories, client learnings from our Key Account Management program, etc.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and Viva Engage.
  • EDI Content development: Working with our campaign localization manager, develop supporting content for the localization of our EDI campaigns.
  • Internal Engagement Events: Organize townhall meetings, knowledge sharing sessions; Q&A sessions and other internal events to enhance employee engagements (depending on the event, collaboration with the Events Manager).
  • Feedback: Create consistent venues for receiving and monitoring employee feedback in the region.
  • Transformation changes and M&A: Support change management initiatives, in alignment with our Business Operations team, by communicating changes effectively and ensuring employees are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Leadership Communications: Assist Regional Director, as needed, to develop senior leadership messaging in our region.
  • Crisis communications assistance: Assist Regional Director, as needed, to disseminate crisis communications

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to create clear, engaging, and consistent messages
  • Strategic thinking: Developing and implementing communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Content creation: Planning, editing, and writing content for various internal communication mediums such as newsletters, intranets, and email bulletins.
  • Project management: Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills: Building relationships with employees at all levels and working collaboratively locally and globally
  • Crisis communication: Handling internal communication during crisis situations to maintain organizational reputation.

Salary Transparency Statement

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $114,600 and $143,300. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
