Primary Duties
1. Processes inbound and outbound CAA contacts while analyzing, evaluating and addressing agency requests.
2. Resolves or coordinates the resolution of CAA requests and issues involving pledges, payments, CIS pledge alerts and coordination of service order activities. Ensures that such resolutions balance the needs of the customer and the needs of the agency.
3. Collaborates directly with internal departments and business units to track and resolve agency payment activities.
4. Updates and maintains CAA profiles.
5. Adheres to local and state CAA funding sources, rules and regulations. Administers CAA agreements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational/Experience Level:
A general educational knowledge acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and two years of experience in a community action agency, social services and/or customer service functions.
Bi-lingual, Spanish language preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Requires effective verbal and written communication with internal and/or external customers.
Numeric Skills:
Requires the ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Computer Skills:
Requires intermediate computer skills for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
Previous experience with a Customer Information System is a plus
Work Conditions:
Works in an office environment. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
May require some travel.
