Exciting Opportunity! Staffmark is currently hiring a Key Account Support Specialist in Nashville, TN. This is your chance to join a collaborative team that supports one another in achieving goals while securing your financial future with a rewarding career.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Key Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing daily replenishment orders and customer support requests.

Key Account Support Specialist Responsibilities:



  • Process EDI, manual, and PDF orders.
  • Handle customer orders, changes, and returns per department policies.
  • Communicate with customers about pricing, shipping, delays, and updates.
  • Report shortages and coordinate with Sales Manager or Rep Group.
  • Work with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve shipment issues.
  • Follow up to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist with new account set-ups and cycle counts.
  • Answer product inquiries and direct customers to appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with sales team to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.



Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer/client support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong phone handling, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.
