Working hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Essential Functions |
- Assist with internal and external customers via multi line phone system, email, in person, and online ReADY system.
- Processes and prepares forms such as work orders, documents, reports, and other types of correspondence, and maintains records for department.
- Works as a liaison between departments within Facilities Management and other departments located on campus.
- Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, iPad, etc.
- Maintains inventory and orders office supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Provides gameday support for all home football games.
- May be responsible for performing other office support duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications |
Level I- High school diploma or equivalent.
Level II- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical support services
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience for advanced levels |
