This role is for a Full Lifecycle Recruiter. The individual works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings to open requisitions. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Rigorously assesses talent and makes hiring recommendations.

Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.

Partnering with Compensation Managers, Legal, Finance, and HR partners, understands and effectively utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company benefits, compensation philosophy and structure, internal equity data, candidate compensation expectations, and budget to manage complex hiring negotiations including compensation recommendations, relocation, and possible counteroffers. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.

Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.

Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.

Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews.

Coaches and mentors more junior recruiters and sourcing specialists.

Job Qualifications

BA/BS preferred.

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities required.

Experienced marketing and influencing skills with individuals at all levels from administrative up to C-suite.

Utilizes passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seeks new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline.
Develops long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment, produce results and follow-through on commitments.

Excellent customer service skills with high sense of urgency in support of hiring managers and external candidates In-depth and direct experience working with multiple web-based applications (i.e. LinkedIn)
Strong ability to package, present and deliver information on a consultative level.

Demonstrate executive presence and have strong communication skills both written and oral.

Minimum Salary: $117,600.00

Maximum Salary:$169,050.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $117,600.00 and $169,050.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
