Position Summary: As our Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for recommending and implementing projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy, quality, and overall safety. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, creating ROI projections, building fixtures, adjusting assembly lines, creating work instructions, and developing detailed project timelines. You will collaborate with all departments and gather feedback from managers and engineers throughout the company. Qualifications & Requirements:

Systems You'll Use:
Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation.
