Job Title: Port Engineer - Barge Maintenance Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of marine transportation? As a Port Engineer specializing in barge maintenance with American Commercial Barge Line, you will be responsible for overseeing repair scheduling, cost control, and the timely completion of barge maintenance, ensuring safe operating conditions for our fleet of boats. You'll collaborate with internal departments, shipyards, key suppliers, and regulatory authorities to enhance fleet efficiency, minimizing downtime, repair costs, and cargo losses. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring all boat repairs are cost-effective and completed on time.
