JOB TITLE - Analytical Lab Supervisor
Day to Day operations for
the production Laboratory. Supervising a team of technicians with duties
pertaining to calibrations of analytical equipment, analysis of incoming and
outgoing materials. Following QMS standards and guidelines. Communication of results,
SQC, process change notification data packs for review by corporate lab group.
Supervising any and all projects pertaining to the laboratory. Working with
laboratory vendors to ensure equipment is operational and service agreements
are maintained.

Essential Functions
Lab project completion
Adherence to QMS policy
set forth by Matheson Gas
Supervision of all
laboratory technicians
Review of all incoming
and outgoing analytical results
SQC trend analysis
performed in order to identify needs for continuous improvement

Required for All Jobs
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry - Preferred

Work Experience
Preferred 1-3 years - Supervision experience with direct reports
