Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst III with strong global intelligence and risk management experience to be embedded in our Embedded Intelligence Services division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private sector intelligence, travel risk management processes and technology platforms, and protocol development and implementation.

Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Intelligence Manager, the Analyst will be embedded as an intelligence and travel security specialist with a client.

Location: On site: Cincinnati, Ohio

What You Will Work On

The Analyst III will be embedded with a Fortune 500 company, providing expert intelligence and global security support and consultation. The following are expected tasks:

• Serve as the designated point of contact for support, advice, and subject matter expertise regarding your clients' intelligence, global security, and crisis management requirements
• Mentor and assist with training of newer analysts
• Identify client-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions
• Using the intelligence cycle, research, assess, and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements as well as EIS analytic standards
• Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis
• Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management
• Lead daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria
• Suggest to clients potential improvements to their intelligence and integrated risk management programs and facilitate their implementation
• Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis24's product offerings and services
• Track and report metrics around production and deliverables
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

What You Will Bring

• Five years of experience in intelligence analysis, travel security or a related field required.
• Strong familiarity with Crisis24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platforms
• Customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
• Effective problem solving, time management, and people management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, highly flexible, and possesses a strong initiative
