Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid (On-Site 3 Days/Week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and foster Agile practices within multiple complex teams. This role requires someone with a strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies-someone who understands "the art" of Scrum, knows when to push back, and can effectively balance communication with a "tough but fair" approach. The ideal candidate will facilitate a team-first mentality, ensuring Scrum fundamentals are implemented effectively to drive efficiency and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple complex teams, ensuring Agile principles are effectively practiced.
  • Foster a team mentality by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile best practices.
  • Act as a trusted coach, knowing when to push back and when to guide teams toward optimal performance.
  • Drive vertical slicing and ensure work is effectively broken down into manageable increments.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across Agile teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure alignment with business goals.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with complex, multiple teams and balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills-able to navigate difficult conversations with a "tough but fair" approach.
  • Expertise in Scrum/Agile frameworks with a focus on practical application.
  • Experience driving vertical slicing and other key Agile practices.
  • Ability to foster a team-first mentality and create an environment for success.
  • Investment/asset management domain knowledge is a plus.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with PI Planning and scaling Agile practices.
  • Background working in a mature organization with established Agile frameworks.
