Human Resources Administrator

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Human Resources Administrator may be required to:

• Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
• The HR administrator carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, and benefits,
• Provide support for bi-weekly payroll processing (time sheets, vacation, sick, holiday, bereavement), maintain all employment records.

Skills/Education & Experience:

• Must be fluent in English & Spanish
• 2 years of previous related experience
• Must be organized and attentive to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Able to interact effectively and professionally
• Must be able to maintain, control and secure confidential and sensitive records
