*Role location requires 2-3 days in office each week* Job Brief The HR Program Manager leads a portfolio of HR projects. These projects often include the automation and simplification of manual or complex processes and enhancing the manager and employee experience based on data insights and user feedback. Essential Functions
- Practices project management disciplines to lead HR projects through the full cycle, from ideation to post-implementation governance.
- Actively assesses the employee experience to continually test, learn, and understand impact. Maps the employee experience and business process from current through desired state.
- Establishes and monitors performance against key performance indicators.
- Establishes and manages governance of solutions.
- Leverages a cross-functional team of experts in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
- Develops and leads stakeholder analysis and change management plan.
- Manages appropriate external vendor relationships and drives accountability for SLAs and effective partnership.
- Initial portfolio of projects includes but is not limited to:
- Independently developing and leading a comprehensive approach to HR communications intended to increase utilization of benefits and programs, drive adoption of technology and tools, broaden awareness and understanding of available resources, and effectively manage change.
- Lead the pilot of Copilot in THRive, a high visibility and strategic cross-functional initiative.
- Assist in the development of a repository of job descriptions, which are foundational to HR's strategic initiative related to Career Development and Talent Mobility.
- Transition current functionality off an existing platform to Thrive and Workday.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- 3+ years of demonstrated sense of urgency, adaptability, and resourcefulness with a bias for action.

- Proficient with project and change management disciplines.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and champion new solutions.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Self-directed. Ability to independently lead large scale projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, utilizing a variety of channels and media.
- Technically savvy. Skilled at leveraging technology to enhance the user experience.
- Ability to influence without authority, including senior leadership, process owners, and subject matter experts.
