What You Will Do:

• Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.
• Implement and manage security tools (and vendors as applicable) such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Monitor network and system security, ensuring prompt response and resolution of security incidents.
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, remediation, and reporting of security breaches.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders, especially those in Engineering & Technology, in the organization to ensure an effective and efficient information security posture.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on information security practices and awareness.
• Foster a risk-aware culture to enforce Cyber and Information Security policies, procedures, projects, initiatives, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

What You Bring:

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Application of Information Security with a focus on the banking of financial industry
• Effective interpersonal communications; detail-oriented; ability to independently problem solve, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage and develop a broad range of disciplines and teams.
• Ability to effectively seek out, research, discern information and formulate appropriate action.
• Ability to think critically, research, provide, and drive/implement appropriate solutions

5-7 years Work experience in a risk management role; financial services, public company/multi-industry operations, management of information security with in-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards and best practices (i.e. NIST, ISO 27001, or similar standards); advanced problem solving and remediation skills Required

Pay Range: $121,000 - $194,000/YR
