GENERAL SUMMARY: Will demonstrate and apply a comprehensive knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, Knowledge Bases, and MS Excel in the creation of service design packages (SDP). Will analyze existing workflows and procedures to identify gaps, develop and train other teams on new procedures. Exhibit knowledge of organizational business practices and issues. The Transition Services Analyst will provide operational support primarily to the Corporate IT PMO Office but will also act as liaison to other teams. Will provide guidance to leadership, project management office and technical teams. Use documented Service Transition methods and procedures for the auditing and review of project-related documentation to increase service quality and improve awareness and supportability of a broad range of technology services of the IT Organization. Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
