Summary of Position

The Change Manager (CM) will ensure that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focusing on the people side of change, by preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to processes, systems, technology and more. The CM will develop and implement change plans including efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from the stakeholders who are impacted by the change.

Essential Duties

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Utilize the Prosci methodology and other best practices to support project success.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Assess change impact and organizational readiness through stakeholder analysis and risk assessments.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employees through transitions.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive engagement and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
  • Build, implement, and enforce a structured change management framework to support the Business Transformation organization, ensuring consistency and scalability of change initiatives.
  • Develop standardized tools, templates, and methodologies for change execution across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment of change management practices with broader organizational transformation goals

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related roles.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred) or other relevant change management certifications.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing resistance to change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, change management software, and project management tools.
  • Understanding of organizational psychology and employee engagement strategies.

The base salary range for this position is$90,000- $105,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
