POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director of HR Business Partnership to lead and support the Corporate Functions within our health system. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders across key departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, and Administration, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and promote an exceptional employee experience.
