Description Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Armorer to support operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. Requirements As the Role Player Coordinator you will have the responsibility of leading, coordinating, and managing approximately fifty role players daily. You will ensure all role players have the required information to participate in physically demanding activities in support of basic, advanced, and in-service employee training to include canine-related, protective mission, and escalation/de-escalation scenarios.
* Assign Role Players to scenarios, typically scheduled Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Additional training may be scheduled after 10:00 PM on weeknights and on weekends due to training requirements and the availability of training areas. Work will not be scheduled during holidays, when the government is closed due to local and/or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government directed facility closings. * Ensure role players are prepared for their role(s) and be prepared to become a role player yourself. * Forward the scripts and the training objectives to the assigned role players and ensure they are familiar with and understand their assigned roles prior to the day of the exercise.
