JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Nursing required (Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner).

* One (1) to three (3) years' experience in Psychiatric Nursing environment or mental health care environment is preferred.

* Must have or be able to quickly obtain prescriptive authority in Indiana.

Summary of Job:

Provide psychiatric services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions for adults, children and adolescents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervisory Responsibilities: This job title does not supervisor others

* Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management

* Collaborate with treatment team members for medical supervision, utilizing advanced knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology to assist clinical team members in diagnosis, case formulation, and choice of treatment interventions

* Maintain effective, collaborative relationship with Psychiatrists

* Regular and Reliable Attendance is required

Key Performance Indicators

* Meet billable hour productivity standards

* Complete clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided

* Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner

Pay Range:

$99,000.00--$148,525.00
