Senior Lease Analyst and Data Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and abstract commercial lease documents
2. Perform rent variance analysis and payment processing
3. Manage lease data entry, validation, and reporting
4. Create and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical
5. Provide strategic guidance on lease terms and requirements
6. Manage client/vendor/landlord relationships

Technical Skills:
1. Managing lease administration software systems
2. Developing data visualization tools for lease portfolio analysis
3. Collaborating with IT teams to improve data security and accessibility
4. Automate routine tasks using macros and scripts
5. Train team members on new software tools and best practices

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3+ years of commercial real estate lease administration experience
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with lease management/accounting software (e.g. JD Edwards Enterprise One, Salesforce)
2. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
3. Understanding of data security principles
