JOB TITLE: Assistant Director, International Students and Scholars JOB PURPOSE: The Assistant Director will assist in planning and implementing student recruitment strategies to help the University achieve enrollment goals; oversee data-driven assessment of recruitment strategies, assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising specific admissions programs or projects; serve as the primary liaison to sponsoring agencies, collaborate with colleagues in Admissions and Marketing to develop specific messaging for international audiences, and represent the University to prospective students and their parents. Central to this role will be excellent communication and project management skills and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship for H1-B work authorization or work visa is not available for this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 3 years work-related experience in higher education, recruiting, or international education Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy .
