JOB TITLE: Pro Shop Attendant JOB PURPOSE: Pro Shop attendants will help conduct all business in the pro shop. This includes but is not limited to answer phones, booking tee times, checking in tee times, selling merchandise, cleaning, stocking product and exceptional customer service. This position is seasonal and will end when the golf course closes in late October. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceptional Customer Service Checking in Tee Times Answer Phone Calls Selling Merchandise Cleaning and Stocking Pro Shop Cash Handling/ Cashier Weekend availability is required Good Communication skills with management for scheduling and shift needs REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service Time Management Skills Willingness to learn on the go DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Consistency and Reliability Experience with cash handling The ability to stand for long periods Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Value teamwork and communication Knowledge of the game of golf REQUIRED MATERIALS: Complete the online application and upload the following for a complete application: cover letter, resume or C.V. and contact information for four work-related references.
