Description The Knowledge Management Service Improvement Lead is responsible for managing projects and creating knowledge assets to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role involves executing key activities to enhance and optimize the delivery of Knowledge Management (KM) services, including the development and enhancement of data and reporting. The individual will support service improvement efforts and projects, benefiting both clients and internal operations. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45.00-$50.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
