Overview We are hiring a Project Manager - Employee Safety Manual Development and Organizational Change Management. Responsibilities Develop Safety Manual and Programs: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Employee Safety Manual in accordance with SoCalGas' IIPP and safety culture, Industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Creation of Safety programs to include Hazard Recognition, High Energy Control Assessments (HECA), Safety Tailgate Briefings (STB) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Wage Data Per State Requirements Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
