Key Position Details:

  • 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period)
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • No weekends, no major holidays

Job Description:

Assists echo technologists, nurses and cardiologists in the delivery of diagnostic imaging services. Manages daily schedule and workflow, serves as an expert for various computer systems and performs department billing audits.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily department workflow with input from leadership.
    • Coordinates the daily inpatient and outpatient schedule including add on exams.
    • Keeps department informed of changes or additions to the schedule.
    • Adapts performance and communication to the population served.
  • Serves as an expert for various computer systems in the department.
    • Processes department timecards and provides back up timekeeper support to other departments/managers.
    • Requests equipment repair.
  • Audits department billing and completes manual charges.
    • Orders and maintains supplies for department.
  • Prepares, maintains and updates department statistics and provides to leadership.
    • Gathers and submits information for productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Licenses/Certifications

  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required

Pay Range

Pay Range: $27.04 to $37.07 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
