Your Role:
- Diagnose & Repair: Locate, diagnose, and repair issues causing equipment downtime or unsatisfactory performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform both unscheduled and scheduled maintenance to achieve zero downtime and 100% efficiency.
- System Management: Work within the SAP system to maintain accurate parts inventory levels.
- Equipment Overhauls: Complete changeovers and overhauls on packaging and canning machinery.
- Adjustments & Repairs: Make repairs and adjustments to conveyor tracks, gearboxes, and motors.
- System Operations: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant systems (water, steam, air, cooling systems, pumps, and valves).
- GMP Compliance: Correct GMP discrepancies and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Ensure all repairs are documented accurately.
- Teamwork: Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Starting Pay $27 - $40 / hour ---Compensation Based on Experience
- Shift Schedule- 5pm - 5am Rotating Shift / 12 Hours
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED and 5 years of experience as an electrical or maintenance technician in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical work, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment using standard maintenance tools.
- Project Management: Ability to perform minor projects from planning to installation.
- Routine Repairs: Capability to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on various equipment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and determine root cause for accurate diagnosis and repair.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills to foster cooperation and effectively communicate with others.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
- Continuous Learning: Focus on continual learning and growing knowledge of the equipment and the plant.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English.
