As a Healthcare Industry Project Coordinator, your expertise will be integral to our commitment to protecting patient privacy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining operational excellence. Through your expertise in privacy impact assessments, you will help us enhance data security measures and healthcare data privacy management across our client organizations.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

  • Review and audit program management documentation for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Work closely with project managers, coordinators, and team members to ensure project deliverables are on track; coordinate schedules, deadlines, and client support efforts.
  • Manage meeting agendas and notes, ensure follow-up on action items; take meeting minutes and maintain project documentation; communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes related to program delivery; assist the Project Manager with portfolio management tasks and minor projects; provide necessary resources to team members.
  • Monitor project quality measures and artifacts; analyze project data and produce progress reports; provide updates to project managers and stakeholders; facilitate meetings and reviews between instructional designers and process owners.
  • Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and financial files; plan meetings and manage project logistics; assist in creating training content when necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years project coordination experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, Google Sheets, or SmartSheets
  • Work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, Business, Finance, Management, or related field
  • Experience in project management or as a business analyst in the healthcare industry

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $69,000-$109,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
