Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least three years of experience working in administration/manufacturing operations or inventory control.
  • Must have a good understanding of cellular services and inventory control methodologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Syteline ERP System, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Working Conditions: Encountered on a regular basis as part of the work this job performs

  • Office environment.
  • Ability to use hands in order to perform data entry.
  • Close vision at 20 inches or less and the ability to adjust focus in order to perform and verify data entry.
  • May have to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

Summary

Performs administration activities related to administrative activities for manufacturing requirements. Coordinates all activities related to customer owned repair of assigned product line.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the activation/deactivation of Cellular devices for Manufacturing and Service requirements.
  • Assists Material Control department by evaluating inventory levels both in Raw materials and WIP.
  • Coordinating between Material Control and Purchasing department's any possible inventory issues.
  • Keeps up with cycle counts variances to ensure Material Control and Purchasing are reacting accordingly.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to determine variances between audits, cycle counts and MRP system records.
  • Preforms inventory transaction analysis against current and historical demand to aid in reduced inventory shortages.
  • Leads and participates in Lean, Six-Sigma, and all other improvement projects as necessary.
  • Assists Product Service Coordinator as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
