Job Summary: This role is under the Real Estate department, on the Office Services team. The Assoc Office Services Rep will maintain security at the front desk by monitoring visitors, answering and routing incoming telephone calls, preparing badges, greeting and directing visitors and updating and maintaining the phone extension database.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of call as needed, and routes callers appropriately.
  • Greets and directs visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Maintains security by monitoring visitors in the lobby and preparing visitor badges.
  • Updates personnel and phone extension database.
  • Proactively assists customers by providing information, support and services.
  • Organizes materials and information to meet customer needs.
  • Maintains departmental lists, databases and resource materials.
  • Compiles and prepares reports.
  • Operates and maintains office equipment

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service or related experience; strong customer service abilities.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word & Outlook required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including knowledge of professional grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Basic administrative, customer service or technical support skills to perform routine tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

This position is ONSITE in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $20.29 - $27.88 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
