JOB SUMMARY
This position can be a remote position. Under the direction of the Area Director, this role will lead the company's event-based initiatives, ensuring that the Northeast services and staff are prepared to implement and complete multiple projects on schedule and on budget. Reporting all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is vital to financial performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES





    • Ensure the safety of the projects, employees, and company goals
    • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
    • Develop project budgets and schedules, and manage the project to stay on schedule and stay within-budget
    • Know and forecast project financial performance over the life of the project
    • Review deliverables for project
    • Minimize company exposure and risk on projects; perform risk analysis and management
    • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Manage technical, regulatory, and performance aspects of project
    • Coordinate resources with other team members to execute project plans, and delegate tasks as required
    • Communicate project progress in a timely, concise, and accurate fashion
    • Attend and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, colleagues, subcontractors, and other parties with superior interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • Travel to project sites on occasion will be required (Site locations may be in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island)




WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.


  • The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions:
  • Ability to wear all required Personal Protection Equipment
  • The worker is subject to hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions such
    as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current,
    working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to
    bio-solids
  • This position requires up to 50% travel

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of direct Operations management experience managing operations in a similar environment
