Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Associate - NS8410897 Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to originate, underwrite, and syndicate private loans and structured illiquid credit using strategic data analysis, while generating attractive risk-adjusted returns. Requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience designing and developing tools to perform private loan risk management, relative value analysis for fixed income products and loan pricing; performing quantitative and statistical analysis of complex data center finance transactions and lending strategies for an established platform; supporting underwriting and structuring of credit and infrastructure investments; using quantitative models, NLP techniques, and historical statistical data to develop optimized solutions for loan syndication and digital infrastructure loan underwriting; developing real-time efficient and optimized solutions using machine learning and statistical modeling to manage digital infrastructure private loan portfolios; operating and building complex digital infrastructure business projection models to evaluate credit opportunities within a short period of time and explaining complex debt models to clients, investment committees and credit risk management; and structuring tailored debt packages and pricing private loans to operating entities and fiber, towers, and other digital infrastructure assets. Salary range: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
