Position Summary: IEM is looking for a Full Time - Project Management Office Analyst to join our PMO team. Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States, you will work remotely from home or personal office location.
Essential Functions:
- Design and develop training, tools, templates, and resources to support organizational project management and operational processes.
- Recommend system or process enhancements and implement using eective Change Management practices.
- In conjunction with knowledge management functions, develop and audit project library, ling, recording, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate the production of status reports and produce summary reports (dashboards) that compile project data and produce key insights for decision makers.
- Dene and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology.
- Create and publish documentation when new features are added, or modications are made to existing tools, workow, or processes.
- Advise and assist in the application of project procedures, disciplines, and reporting standards.
- Develop and support eective communication mechanisms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support client satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting internal and external benchmarking to identify best practices and keep abreast of industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, humanities, liberal arts, or related eld of study.
- Five (5) years of project management experience.
- Experience with the implementation of new project governance, frameworks, processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge and experience of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBoK).
- High degree of computer literacy and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Oce, including Microsoft Project.
- Expertise with business reporting and data analysis methods and tools (Microsoft Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with business process automation (Microsoft Power Automate) and workow solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail & strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and function in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent long- and short-term tasks and prioritize tasks based on competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certication.
- Experience developing and/or delivering training content.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong process improvement and procedure development skills.
