Title: SAP GRC Security Specialist
Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $85,500 - $129,500
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The SAP GRC Security Specialist is responsible for security role administration and IT audit controls across Olin's SAP landscape: SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC"), S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

SAP GRC Security Specialist Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with internal SAP IT, audit teams, and business stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP and that ongoing governance is occurring.
  • Configure and manage SAP GRC 12.0 functionality including access management, risk analysis, and emergency access; Lead annual SAP User Access Reviews.
  • Capture control evidence for biannual IT SOX audits.
  • Monitor security-related support tickets and collaborate with offshore team members to resolve them.
  • Maintain security roles, approvers, risk rulesets, and other data using SAP GRC and traditional tools like PFCG.
  • Facilitate SAP licensing audits using the License Administrators Workbench, LMBI, and other tools.
  • Lead security continuous improvement and activities to deploy new SAP technologies.
SAP GRC Security Specialist Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP security and GRC Access Control; 5 years' experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SOD controls or SOX compliance preferred.
  • Internal/external audit experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud applications such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud ("SAC"), Cloud Identity Services, or Work Zone preferred.
