Accounts Receivable Clerk

As a member of the Accounts Receivable Department for NAC operations, the Accounts Receivable Clerk role will be responsible for issuing credit memos and/or posting payments to customer accounts. Ensure credit memos/cash receipts are received and accurately applied on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Issuing various types of Credit Memos daily
• Post daily deposits
• Identifying, escalating issues to Supervisor
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process credit card payments
• Perform various duties as assigned

• Independent decision-making ability using strong conceptual understanding of business goals and processes
• Able to react effectively and calmly in situations
• Highly motivated, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical environment
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills

Competencies:

Experience and knowledge:

• 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service or Data Entry
• Familiarity with Oracle 11i and/or R12 preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
